We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition with the tags still on.

Yes, we offer complimentary exchanges on eligible apparel items to ensure the perfect fit for your pup. If your item isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and our team will be happy to assist with an exchange.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened wellness products, treats, and consumable items are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 12 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or an exchange.

We recommend measuring your dog’s chest and neck and comparing it with our size guide before purchasing.

If your dog is between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for comfort and adjustability.
