RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original packaging and tags must be included

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

• Worn items
• Items returned without original packaging and tags

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened wellness products, treats, and consumable items are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 12 hours of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customersupport@houseofpoochi.ca with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect, or an exchange.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Yes, we proudly offer complimentary exchanges on eligible apparel items to ensure the perfect fit for your pup. If your item isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and our team will be happy to assist with an exchange.

Please note that wellness products, treats, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@houseofpoochi.ca with photos, and we will resolve this promptly.
